A stacker crane is a machine that arranges the membrane packages that have been loaded into containers onto pallets(wooden,plastic)for automatic stacking.It can stack multiple layers and then automatically transport them to the actual pallet workstation for forklift transportation to the warehouse for storage.This device adopts PLC+touch screen control to achieve intelligent operation and management,which is simple and easy to master.It can greatly reduce labor and lower labor intensity.
Designed with the concept of high speed,stability,and space saving.Adopting a separate detachment method for faster and more space saving.One machine is versatile,quickly adjustable,and can be used for palletizing various specifications of products.It can achieve automatic feeding,automatic sorting,automatic lifting and arrangement of layers,automatic pallet feeding,and automatic stacking functions.During production,the membrane packages are transported by conveyor belts.When passing through the turning device,the membrane packages undergo necessary turning according to the counting program for automatic alignment.After completing the alignment of a layer,the pushing device will push the arranged layers into the storage platform,and then the arranged layers will rise to a specific stacking position with the storage platform,and release the arranged layers to achieve one layer stacking.After completing one layer of stacking,the storage platform returns to its original state,and then the second layer of stacking operation is repeated.After the stacking is completed,the entire stack will be automatically output.

·Suitable for the stacking needs of industries such as mineral water,beverages,beer,dairy products,seasonings,etc.,it can achieve the stacking of cardboard boxes or shrink packaging products.
·Adopting the side entry box method,it occupies a small area,and the stacking method is easy to adjust and simple.
